COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This American Heart Association ACLS certification class is a 8 hour renewal course in an advanced, instructor-led classroom training that emphasizes the critical role of team dynamics, effective communication, systems of care, and immediate post-cardiac arrest treatment. Designed for healthcare professionals involved in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies, the ACLS Renewal course is ideal for those who lead or participate in emergency response efforts.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proof of current ACLS Card; Certification CANNOT be expired.
Mandatory online self-assessment is required. Please complete the online self-assessment BEFORE class and bring the Certificate of Completion to class with you. You will receive an information email after registration on how to access the self-assessment test as well as other pertinent information.
ACLS Provider Manual; if you do not have either the text or ebook, you will NOT be able to complete the course and will be turned away.
